This page describes the website’s current data handling.
When you contact NorthFlow
We collect the contact details, company information and workflow description you submit, plus optional website, tools, desired improvement and project context. Campaign parameters, the landing page and referring website may accompany an enquiry to help understand its source. We use this information to review the enquiry and respond.
Storage and notifications
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries can be stored in private Vercel Blob storage and delivered to NorthFlow through an internal Telegram bot notification. These services process information for hosting, storage or enquiry delivery. A successful submission confirms that at least one delivery or storage channel accepted it.
Product Lab
Lab examples use synthetic business records. Input you send to run a demo is processed by the configured Groq AI service. External business actions in the demos are simulated. Do not enter passwords, confidential documents or personal customer information.
Website measurement
The site keeps a bounded event buffer in your browser and session campaign attribution. Events describe actions such as opening a demo or sending a workflow brief; enquiry text is not included. If an analytics collector is configured, events may be forwarded to it. A collector is not required to use the site.
Requests about your information
Email hello@northflowstudio.in to ask about information you submitted or request correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify your enquiry. NorthFlow has not published a fixed retention duration; ask us if retention matters to your enquiry.
