System controls

Production readiness — the controls behind this system

Business KPI
Ticket resolution rate and time-to-first-reply across the support inbox, with CSAT tracked on closed cases.
Data & retention
Run against synthetic customer and order data. Production deployments retain conversation + decision logs for audit.
Permissions & action boundaries
Reads customer and policy context freely; every write — reply, ticket, escalation — requires human approval.
Model & provider strategy
OpenWeights Groq models with structured output; fallback + rate-limit handling if the provider is busy.
Human approval
Nothing is sent, ticketed or escalated without a human approving the proposed action.
Monitoring & audit
Full activity timeline records every AI decision, tool call and approval for review.
Cost / workflow
One model run per case with a bounded tool loop; workflow is cost-traceable per ticket.

What this system does

AI Service Resolution Agent

The AI Service Resolution Agent is customer support automation with judgment. It reads each support request, pulls the customer's account, orders and entitlement from connected systems, checks the support policy, and decides whether the case can be resolved automatically or needs a person. It proposes a resolution, drafts the reply, creates a ticket, and escalates critical issues. Each action is approved by a human, executed against synthetic customer data, and logged in an audit trail.
